Membership

Membership in the McGregor Bay Association provides a unique opportunity to become involved in a very special community. Through your annual dues, you not only have representation at the local government level, regarding issues as garbage collection and taxes, but are also represented in the larger Georgian Bay Association and provincial level.  The association provides a winter watch  for property protection, fishing monitoring and stocking, the maintenance of fire equipment throughout the bay and the placement and upkeep of  buoys. During the summer season, water quality testing is one of the environmental  project the group undertakes. Of course, there are many ways to have fun too. Take part in the two beach picnics, attend nature walks, or join the gardening or kayaking club. If you enjoy sailing, there are races each week for those who are experienced and those who want more experience!  The McGregor Bay Association strives to improve the quality of life in the bay, for each individual, and for the bay as a whole.
