We welcome you to become a member of, or to renew your membership with, the McGregor Bay Association. Your dues help to support a range of programs and services provided by the McGregor Bay Association including:

YOU NOW HAVE TWO WAYS TO JOIN!
A. MAIL CHEQUE AND APPLICATION FORM
Mail your cheque and completed application form in the self-addressed envelope to the Chair of the Membership Committee:
The cheque should be payable to ‘The McGregor Bay Association’.
(Note – you may also download the 2017 pdf fillable membership form, fill it out and print the completed form and send along with your cheque.)
During the months of July and August, membership forms and payments can be left at the box located just inside the parish/community hall.
B. PAY ELECTRONICALLY AND USE 2017 PDF FILLABLE MEMBERSHIP FORM
1. Download, complete, and save the 2017 McGregor Bay Membership PDF Form by clicking:

3. For both PayPal or Interac e-transfer, e-mail your completed membership PDF to email@example.com and to firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email please indicate method of payment.
If you pre-paid 2017 dues, no need to pay again, but if any of your information has changed, e-mail it to Linda Lapointe at email@example.com.
