JOINING OR RENEWING YOUR MEMBERSHIP IN THE MCGREGOR BAY ASSOCIATION

We welcome you to become a member of, or to renew your membership with, the McGregor Bay Association. Your dues help to support a range of programs and services provided by the McGregor Bay Association including:

  • placing water markers to guide boats into and out of the Bay
  • coordinating volunteer fire fighting
  • installing fire pumps, hoses and other emergency equipment at multiple locations in the Bay
  • providing information and training regarding medical emergencies
  • publishing annual Newsletter and Membership Directory
  • maintaining a current Website and Calendar of Events, sending out e-blasts to members
  • measuring water quality
  • Dessert with a Dash program
  • kayaking and sailing programs
  • Annual General Meeting and Social
  • Annual Red Sand Beach picnic and the more recently introduced Water Festival
  • Your fees also support the Georgian Bay Association which protects and advocates for the larger natural area within which we are located as well as monitors potential threats (e.g., dropping water levels, phragmites and other invasive species).

We would appreciate your renewing as soon as possible, preferably by mid-May.

A. MAIL CHEQUE AND APPLICATION FORM

Mail your cheque and completed application form in the self-addressed envelope to the Chair of the Membership Committee:

The cheque should be payable to ‘The McGregor Bay Association’.

(Note – you may also download the 2017 pdf fillable membership form, fill it out and print the completed form and send along with your cheque.)

During the months of July and August, membership forms and payments can be left at the box located just inside the parish/community hall.

2. Paying via

[If you intend to use Interac, please contact us via mbamemberships@gmail.com or l.lapointe@on.aibn.com so we can coordinate the security question/answer with you.]

3. For both PayPal or Interac e-transfer, e-mail your completed membership PDF to mbamemberships@gmail.com and to l.lapointe@on.aibn.com. In your email please indicate method of payment.

Note:

If you pre-paid 2017 dues, no need to pay again, but if any of your information has changed, e-mail it to Linda Lapointe at l.lapointe@on.aibn.com.
