Island for sale?

We had a guest recently who fell in love with McGregor Bay (haven't we all had such guests?) and would be interested in purchasing a small island property.  He wants no improvements - no buildings, no septic, no hydro, nothing else (unless there is a dock there already, which would be an asset).  He has no plans to build and would just use it as a home base for his boat when he cruises up from Collingwood.

Hey folks, are all of your cameras broken? Surely there are more McGregor Bay photos that can be added to the McGregor Bay Association website. Please consider adding some photos of your family members/friends enjoying THE BAY, photos of large or small fish caught by you or family members/friends, photos of gatherings at your camp, rainbows, sunrises and sunsets, wildlife, flowers, etc..
