How to add a property to your Profile

Note that your property address is included in the Membership Directory

  1. Primary member should log in
  2. After log-in, you are at the ‘Profile’ page, if not, click the ‘PROFILE’ link at the top-right
  3. Click “Add Property” (green button in second column)
  4. Fill in fields
    4a. “Property Address” is required, this is designed to be like a “Google Map Search” but for McGregor Bay is useless. Instead, write something descriptive.
    Examples: “TP 1900, Lot 4” or “TP 2076” or “TP 1900 north of Blasted Rock Channel”
  5. Indicate the Latitude and Longitude of the property:
    5a. Click the “Reset Marker” button
    5b. Drag the Marker to your property’s location
  6. Leave “Area, Map No. and Assessment No.” blank
  7. Upload a photo if you wish
  8. Add a property description if you wish (history, years owned, etc.)
  9. Indicate if you have emergency equipment on/near the property
  10. Click “Submit Property”

Note: From the Profile page, you can

  1. Remove a property
  2. Edit an existing property
  3. Add another property if you have multiple properties
